AMAZING house!
"Don't miss out on this amazing rental on AMI. The location could not be more perfect. Super walkable/short bike ride to all the best restaurants, shops, and piers. The house was recently renovated so the house was even better than the pictures showed online. The backyard was a tropical oasis that included mini golf which our kids LOVED. The home was extremely clean and stocked better than any rental we've ever had. Loads of pool + beach toys. Came with all the stuff we'd typically have to rent for our small kids (crib, pack and play, highchair, etc.). It was such a treat not having to worry about any of that. This will, without question, be our rental of choice on AMI for many years to come. I cannot recommend it enough. Excellent communication from the home owner to boot. Don't miss this one!"

Sirenia House was awesome for family vacation
"Taking three teenagers anywhere is never easy. This place was made for families. Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, Dock with Manatees and Dolphins swimming by, saw both, and fishing for Red Fish off the dock. We had memories of a lifetime. Beautiful home and Nancy was a great asset in helping us with any questions we had. Definitely going to stay at this place again and create more wonderful memories. Definitely recommend Golf Cart, Paddle Boards, and Kayaks. Too much fun.."

"The house was not particularly clean, especailly in dining area with bits of food on the wall, dusty shutters and overly used furniture coverings. House needs multiple repairs. One repair that we called in the maintenance person after repairing a door left his depris on the floor."

I'm sorry you were disappointed with your stay.
I'm actually quite surprised since I was incredibly helpful to you with 30 emails to assist yourself as well as 14 email exchanges with your daughter, to help you carve out your perfect vacation prior to your arrival as well as during your stay.
Your communication with me the day after your arrival was "Sirenia is great and we're looking forward to our two weeks".
In addition, I was happy to help answer all of your questions about real estate and understanding the ins and outs of renting a property on the island that you were interested in.
For the sliding bathroom door that required maintenance, it was handled quickly and efficiently. The little bit of dust and small debris left behind from your photo was really nothing that a little dustpan couldn't clean up. I did communicate the small debris left behind after the repair to the maintenance company.
There was no further indication to me that anything else needed repair or attention. In cases of cleanliness, if a guest communicates to me immediately I am happy to send back the cleaners to attend to what is needed.
Our homes are inspected for inventory, repairs, and functionality every quarter with a detailed checklist by our property management team on the island. If by chance that there are further repairs needed the guest needs to communicate that to me and I will organize the repair immediately.
It is also worth noting that the state that the home was left in after your 2-week stay was in such disarray and dirtiness that the cleaning company had to send out extra reinforcements to get the home cleaned properly for the next incoming guests.
Because of the state you left the home in, the next guest was delayed entry after normal check-in time something that has rarely happened in our 10 years of renting our homes. The guests were greeted upon their arrival with our cleaning team still working and the state of the home that you left it in. This is something that we do not want any of our guests to experience. Unfortunately, because of this, you have been put on our Do Not Rent List.

Best Month Ever
"We were lucky enough to be able to spend a whole month here in May. After quarantining at home with our kids for 70+ days, we were literally about to loose our minds until we made our escape to AMI. Though the island (and really the whole state) was pretty much shut down, we felt like we were in another country, far, far away from Covid. We really forgot about the world beyond our house on the canal. My husband was able to work from home, my kids could do their e-learning, they could bike safely all around the north end, we could fish off the dock, take walks to the bay....it really was a God-send. In 30 days we only had a couple little things come up and Nancy was very quick to respond and fix things. The house was super comfy and well stocked. I could have stayed all summer. We had such a wonderful month that we ended up buying our own place on AMI!"

Kayaking with a dauphin in the bay

Great location, clean and tidy house and pool
"Everything was well organized- the check-in, kitchen, bedrooms, living area, outside space, garage, etc. This was the best stocked kitchen/garage in a rental house that we have encountered in our four trips to Anna Maria. There was plenty of pool and beach toys to keep everyone happy. We loved the lanai. The spa was actually hot. Canal access was easy as was the neighborhood location. We would definitely rent from Nancy again."

great location/extremely well-equipped house/tropical backyard on canal, nice pool
"Loved the back yard---pool, sitting areas under hut, shaded sitting area between house and pool, outside warm shower, ping pong, various types of chairs and outdoor seating furniture throughout the very tropical back yard area. Covered grilling area, nice decorative outside lighting.Great having a large screen TV outside under cover. Why bother going back inside ! ! ! House is equipped so well that one can move in and not even have to buy anything. Kitchen so well equipped --cupboard full of whatever one would have in his own kitchen, making it so easy to dine in when we weren't in the mood for going out. There is one negative that needs to be tended to---the mattresses in the bunk beds need replacing, and need more thickness. It is difficult to find comfortable bunk bed mattresses, but I am sure that this owner will do it. The wooden railing going downstairs to the pool needs paint to cover up the oxidized nail heads, and so do a few other outside wooden areas of the back screen porch. Salt air is so hard on metal and paint. Owner was great to deal with before and during our stay, and she even called the pool service to change the regular maintenance date for our convenience. No worries about having anything tended to in this house. Attentive owner, great location, well-furnished house, fairly priced. I miss watching the large flat screen TV while sitting in the hot tub. Thanks for your part in making our vacation so pleasant. Will be back again."

Amazing house and vacation!
"We stayed at Sirenia Beach House May 20-27, and had the most amazing time! My family and I have booked other houses through home away, and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. The house had many places inside and out that offered lots comfortable seating. The screened in patio was one of the favorites to sit and have coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We cooked at the house most days and never felt that we were without any kitchen utensil. It truly felt like I had everything from home. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The owners thought of everything when stocking the house. We had more than enough beach and bath towels, lots of pool and beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas.The welcome basket was a nice touch as well. We did not see a cooler for the beach and when I emailed Nancy, we was able to get us one right away. We were truly impressed by the prompt response! The cleaning company also does an amazing job! The house was so clean when we got there! Made us feel even more comfortable. Now to the backyard- it was like a tropical resort! It was very private and you could not see the neighbors to either side. The pool was warm and so nice. The dock was really fun to hang out on and watch boats pass by. There were a couple fishing poles that we utilized to fish in the morning and the evening. Some did not work, so we did buy another one to donate for the house. We caught so many fish! The dock was also perfect to kayak and paddle board right from home (there are places to rent them on the island). The house is in a perfect location. It is walking distance to the beach and many shops. We would definitely rent this house again!"

It's like your own private resort
"We have just returned from our second stay at Sirenia Beach House & would come back in a heartbeat. The back yard is our favorite part of the property. We spent most of the day there..only venturing out for dinner and Two Scoops (which is only a few blocks away) or a walk to the gulf to see the sunset. We also loved the screened in porch area, which has very comfy seating. The house is very nicely furnished and clean. The neighborhood is very peaceful as well. The owners are amazing to work with."

Thank you so much for your review, Tracie! I often hear from guests, that they rarely venture far from the backyard which means we are doing it right! Our kids love love love heading to Two Scoops for an ice-cream and a walk on the Pier to see what the fishermen are catching and spy a dolphin or manatee. The backyard dock is good for that too. My daughter watched a young dolphin swimming about 3 feet from our dock the last time we were there. I think she wanted to jump in too! Try getting your kids to Shiny Fish Emporium next time for a Hawaiian Bubble (ice cream) also a delicious treat.

Great Stay!
"My family had a great time at the beach house. The layout of the house is conducive to housing a good sized group. There are fans throughout, allowing you to go without AC if you want. The pool is a good size, and the yard itself is well landscaped. The house comes with the essentials plus some added things that we were pleasantly surprised with (tools for the grill, lots of puzzles for the kids, gaming system for older kids,etc).
We really liked the location. 2 blocks to the main drag for any shopping, 3 blocks to a small beach (more narrow coast with minimal waves), and 5 blocks to a bigger beach on the gulf. There is a community center 3 blocks away that offer exercise classes (guests welcome for a fee).
The master suite is gorgeous. Large, private from the main living spaces, with a nice patio.
While there, we noted lots of houses for vacation rental. We did a quick search, and didn't see anything offering the same size/quality/location for a similar price. Overall, this house is great, and I would recommend to others. We've used Homeaway for 6 or 7 rentals, and this one is the best one"

The location is the main reason why we purchased Sirenia Beach House. We find that it is perfection for all of our needs including boating and fishing on the deep water canal. We hope you got a chance to utilize the dock while you were there.

Cherished Memories
"We had such a great time at your wonderful home. It was very nice to be within walking distance to both beaches and to many of our favorite places to eat (including The Waterfront Restaurant which we went to several times – yum!). We very much enjoyed the screened lanai for morning coffee and an evening glass (or two) of wine and a game of cribbage. This is the first time that we have rented a home with a dock and we LOVED it! We rented kayaks for several days from Beach Bums (they brought them right to the house and into the water for us). We went for morning paddles along the various connecting canals. So peaceful and so beautiful. You were a pleasure to deal with and you were so responsive to any questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us - we made some cherished memories."

Pleasant, Spacious Get-away
"Our group found the Sirenia Beach House to be very pleasant for a group of 10 people. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice separation of bedrooms afforded everyone a bit of privacy. The screened porch was delightful as was the private pool/patio area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house; it was easy to walk to the Gulf beach and around the North end of the island.

Perfect Family Vacation!
"We loved our stay on Anna Maria! Our family of 5 loved the island and the house. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need during your stay! Seriously, the owners thought of everything! The owners were super nice work with and responded to my questions very quickly. I can not say enough good things about our stay! The kids loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the bunk beds..... oh and having TVs in their rooms!! The boys even went fishing off of the pier, which was a highlight for one of our boys. One morning while looking for sand dollars we saw 3 dolphins playing and found a star fish! Such a great vacation! Everything is within walking distance! I highly recommend going to Anna Maria and if you are able go this house is a wonderful place to stay! The house was very clean and well maintained. This house was plenty big for way more than 5 people, maybe next time we will bring some friends!"

The PERFECT week
"From day one we had a great feeling about this property. The owners communication from our first contact was exceptional and speedy. Emails containing any and all information that you could think of. Everything is spot on and just like in the pictures. Location is amazing as you can quickly walk to the Gulf or Tampa Bay and walk the beaches. We tried to get out daily and explore a little but honestly the way this place is laid out just made us want to stay put and enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. Privacy is another thing that you might wonder about since places are pretty close on the island but this is of NO concern. Beautifully landscaped all around provides the feeling of seclusion even in the middle of the day. One side note to that though is that there are gardeners and a pool guy so be sure and look at their schedule which is included in the welcome pack. Many restaurants close by but we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen where you kind find almost every kitchen need possible. We will and have already HIGHLY recommend this place. Unfortunately for us they have a strict NO PETS policy, which they are very upfront about. As we totally understand this, we also discovered that we really don't like leaving out little 5 1/2 lb Yorkie-Poo with anyone for a week so we will have to look elsewhere....BOO Don't hesitate on this place to vacation. It is THE best place we have even chosen. Cheers guys to an exceptional job here!"

Outstanding property on Beautiful Anna Maria Island
"What a great, easy experience every step of the way. This beach house on a canal is terrific - large and cheery with a backyard pool, hot tub, tiki bar area that is simply a cut above. This little piece if of heaven is located on a quiet street close to the bay, the Beach, and local flavor. And when you're on the Island, nothing is that far. The house is well maintained and the very very private landscaped back yard provides you with your own private oasis. The owners are helpful, responsive and kindly provide you with almost everything you need. Publix, local shops, and restaurants easily provide you with the rest. What a terrific find!"

The cleanest vacation home we have ever stayed in!!!
"This was our first time visiting Anna Marie Island. We were so impressed the moment we walked in the door!! The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the interior design and the back yard was like a resort!!! We stayed the week w/ my entire family - our 2 grown boys and our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. It was a very special week together - we explored the island, went kayaking, chartered a boat to go fishing, went golfing, visited the aquarium, and enjoyed the beautiful beach at Bean Point. The weather was perfect and we got to see some of the best sunsets ever!!! Just want to also mention how accommodating and well stocked the kitchen was - could cook up any meal, and had plenty of room for sit down dinners and family games. We can't wait to come back!!!
P.S. We bought a small cooler which we have donated to the house. It's in the garage for all to use :)"

The house has everything you will need to feel like you're in a luxury hotel. MY FIRST VRBO REVIEW, INSPIRED BY SIRENIA BEACH HOUSE HAVEN
"The Sirenia Beach House is nearly perfect. Some highlights of our stay included enjoying the detailed decor, relaxing in the beautiful backyard, lounging in the lanai, playing ping-pong, and fishing off the dock. It easily accommodated two adult couples, a baby, and three teenagers, providing comfort and privacy for all. The kitchen is better stocked that any house we've rented, and the entertainment options (both indoors and outdoors) are ample and varied. There was never a dull moment, not even for the teens! The house is conveniently situated within walking distance to the beach and the village shops, and there are several restaurants easily accessible.
Besides admiring its cleanliness and beauty, we loved that Sirenia Beach House is maintained by friendly and approachable owners who work hard to make your stay memorable. We look forward to living it again next year."

Great fun in the sun
"We visited the house in June of this year and had a great time. The location was great and met our expectations. We especially enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock (which provided us with enough fish for one meal). Also loved having a Charcoal grill. We cooked numerous times at the property. The welcome package was a very nice touch as well. The only negative thing (and I might add it is a very minor negative) was that the kitchen was not equipped with a good set of knives (other than steak knives). We made it work though. Another great thing about the property was the way the owners made themselves available for questions and help. We would definitely go back to this property and would recommend it to others."

wonderful island
"We enjoyed staying in this house. The garden was one key topic for selecting this house. The garden was really perfect. The beach is located very near to the house. It was always a nice walk.
The kitchen is really equipped with all items which are necessary.
In general, it is a comfortable house. Several refurbishments have been already performed. Some elements are missing. Therefore we reduced the ranking.
Book the house and you could enjoy a great time."

Each year we work extremely hard re-investing our money back into the property to add new amenities or replace well-loved items. This year we replaced the dining table and chairs, chandelier, coffee and end tables, rugs indoors and out, curated the backyard oasis, added the ping pong table, among other updates. Unfortunately, we carried out al of our efforts the week after your stay. We do invite you to return next year to see all of the improvements that have been made. We want to ensure that every visit to our vacation home is enjoyable and exceeds expectations for all.

Great House!!!
"This House is awesome, we had a huge problem with A/C, unit broke down the day we arrived but owner provided all the assistance we need it and she paid for bike rentals for 8 people 4 the remaining of the week. House has everything you need and the pool is great. I defitnely recommend this house."

If only everyone in the world was so hospitable!
"What a beautiful property on the perfect beach getaway island! I found the hammock to be my favorite little addition. It was also great to be able to park your car inside the garage because it gets HOT out there during the summer. This is a perfect home for a family that likes nice spec / top tier type of accommodations. One thing I would recommend looking into... the AC on the top floor doesn't get very cold. I know it was hot outside but, that made me wish that AC on the 3rd floor was working better even more. Also, side tip for someone that likes to fish... the canal behind the house isn't very food for fishing but if you go to the local bait shop, they will direct you to the better spots. Other than that, I would like to thank Nancy for being such a great, responsive host!"

Thanks so much for your 5 star review! We do our best to ensure your vacation is fabulous. In fact since your stay, we have changed out the AC unit to a brand new one! It does get hot during the summer and the dual system will ensure that everyone stays nice and cool indoors.
Wish we could do more about the fish not biting... I guess it depends on the time of year. We've had guests make dinner with the fish they caught from the backyard dock. Maybe during the cooler months they are running in the warmer canal waters.

Quiet comfortable beach house
"We just got back from a stay at Sirenia Beach house. We loved the quiet neighborhood where the house was located as well as the tropical backyard & pool. I found my new happy spot sitting on the dock in the mornings, watching the sea birds.
Everything in the house is comfortable & up-to-date. The owners definitely care about maintenance. The beach supplies & wagons are great as well.
Our only wishes were for more powerful A/C & slightly better pillows. Other than that, the rental was perfect. We'll definitely be back!"

FANTASTIC!!
"As Nancy promised our family has fallen victim to the love bug that is Anna Maria Island. This is a great place to vacation away from the crowds and the commercialization that plagues so many other Florida destinations! We loved the house and the backyard was everything that we hoped it would be. There were three couples staying in this house along with our three children and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was very modern and the lanai was a highlight and where most of us spent our time. It was great having access to the canal as we rented a boat for the day and went over to Egmont key docked just off the beach and waded to shore for a picnic and exploring as well as great shelling. If you rent a golf cart (limo) as we did you can pull it right into the garage and plug it in so it can charge overnight. The restaurants are great on the island as well as the best little donut shop we have ever experienced! As you can tell we loved the Island and loved coming 'home' to this fantastic house. Anna Maria is our new found love and this house made it even more memorable! Thanks for helping us create some fantastic family memories Nancy and Terri!"

Wonderful stay
"We fell in love with AMI on this vacation and Sirenia Beach House was a huge part of the reason! This home is wonderfully maintained and has any amenity you might need. The floor plan was perfect for our multi-family group. Room sizes are very nice. The garage space is incredible. We spent time in the backyard daily and loved the tropical landscaping and privacy. The home is close to shopping, beach and restaurants. We highly recommend renting a golf cart and getting around the island using that. I would stay here again and recommend it. Can't wait to come back!"

Sirenia Beach House
"Our family of ten ages 11 to 78 spend the week of Christmas 2014 there. The house is beautifully furnished and totally outfitted. We even found a small lighted Christmas tree in the garage. The location is the very best. Recommend renting golf carts for your stay to drive to shopping etc and see the sights. It has a fantastic pool and hot tub. Fishing off the dock is fun. I highly recommend this rental."

Wonderful vacation home
"This home is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything you'll need for an enjoyable vacation. It's proximity to the beach (and our favorite, the Sandbar Restaurant) was convenient, and we used the pool and hot tub every single day. The owners were very helpful and accomodating. We rented a golf cart to get around the island (and for fun) and that was a blast. The beaches are beautiful and clean, the restaurants are fantastic, and there are a lot of low-Kay things to do. AMI is a real gem of a town and we can't wait to return someday soon!"

"My wife and I stayed at the Sirenia Beach for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The home was very comfortable and clean. We loved the close location to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. Beautiful home, great location on AMI!
"Property is located on beautiful Anna Maria Island. Home was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Outside is paradise with a nice size pool, tropical landscape, and the selling point for me was the dock size and boat lift. We trailered our 24 ft bay boat and used it everyday for fishing and trips to Jew Fish Key to enjoy the sandbar. Kitchen had every utensil and accessory you could ever need, and the welcome basket was a very nice touch.
Nancy was a jewel to work with and was an excellent communicator. I look forward to renting their property again!"

Awesome place
"The house was pretty awesome overall. We loved the beautiful backyard. The kids loved fishing off the dock. We rented a pontoon for a day, and it was very convenient having a dock to pull up to at the house. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was nice to have the beach wagon for the walk to the gulf.
The description was completely accurate.
The property was clean and well maintained. Communications from the owners were excellent.
I would definitely recommend the property to a friend.
We enjoyed The Waterfront Restaurant, Captain Dan's boat rental, Ginny and Jane E's, the General Store, and taking the trolley to Bridge Street."

Vacate in Style
"This home was beautiful. Our family really enjoyed this vacation. We loved the outdoor area and dock. We brought our boat and found some of the most beautiful islands we have ever seen. We rented an island golf cart to get around, the kids really loved that.
The owners were really nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again."

Perfect vacation getaway!
"Our group of 3 couples stayed in the lovely home for a week. We brought our boat and left it on the dock for the week which made our stay even better. The house is gorgeous inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area is paradise enough. Some days we just stayed by the pool and grilled out. We will surely stay at this house or another owned by this family again soon! It felt like a home away from home :-) thanks!"

Awesome ! Great place for family.
"Very clean Love the huge kitchen and bedrooms. Perfect place with the pool and hot tub! Also great fishing off the dock. My grandchildren loved everything about it! Also close walk to the beach. We have to admit Sirenia Beach House is an absolute favourite vacation rental destination on Anna Maria Island for both the young and "young at heart"! We honestly feel that a great vacation rental can be found with homeowners who regularly visit their vacation getaways to ensure that everything is kept up to standard. Had a wonderful time!
"My husband, daughter and I stayed at this home for week. We had a wonderful time. My husband said I wish we would have stayed longer. The house was as pictured and very clean which doesn't doesn't always happen. The grounds were beautifully maintained. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here. We rented a golf cart for one of the days which was really handy In the future we would probably rent for the whole week. My experience with the owners has always been positive both have been great. Would stay here again!"

Paradise!
"What a great place for a family vacation! I cannot say enough about Sirenia Beach House. It was everything we expected and more!! The pictures on the website definitely reflect how beautiful the property really is. The house was incredible and the pool was amazing. It was very clean and has been well taken care of. The house was equipped with everything you could imagine. We had no regrets at all and will definitely rent this house again in the future. The area was very well kept and was very peaceful and serene! PERFECT family vacation with friends!
"This home is absolutely perfect! Tastefully decorated, perfect location, well stocked kitchen, everything you need for the beach, and a dock to bring your boat. Our family of five spent a week at Sirenia beach house along with our close family friends (also a family of 5). My husband drove our boat down and we safely parked it at the dock on the water side of the home. (31ft boat, it was tight, but it worked!) During the day, we would load up all of the kids and beach gear on the golf cart and head to the beach. The beach was stunning, crystal clear and calm water along with white powder sand. In the evening, we would take a sunset cruise on the beautiful water surrounding AMI. Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us!"

Sirenia Beach House is Wonderful!
"We cannot say enough about our wonderful time at Sirenia Beach House. Nancy and Terri were kind enough to allow us to hold our small wedding reception in the backyard and it was absolutely perfect for us... we have a toddler and to be able to have our family and friends celebrate with us while he was able to nap and be comfortable really made all the difference! The house and the grounds are gorgeous and we've got some wonderful family pictures as a result!
The backyard is absolutely to die for and while there are many homes in the area available for rent, the tropical oasis the owners have created is a huge plus for this property. Gorgeous pool and hot tub with comfortable loungers throughout the yard, great grill, shade for those who'd like it, comfortable hammock, ahhh...
The kitchen is wonderful for entertaining with a beautiful view of the canal and backyard through the huge picture window. We enjoyed the screened lanai both morning and night. The main living area is comfortable and spacious, perfect for a gathering of family or friends. The house is well stocked and very clean. The decor is just what you'd expect at an upscale comfortable beach home.
The house is in a perfect location - a short bike ride or walk to the Anna Maria pier and Pine Avenue (with shops and restaurants) or to the Gulf beach and the Sandbar Restaurant.
We really appreciated the extras - the beach wagon, the pool toys and floats, the umbrella and beach chairs, the cooler... All things we would have had to rent otherwise. There were books, puzzles, games and netflix, although we never could figure out how to get that to work!
Nancy and Terri provided absolutely outstanding customer service and always responded promptly to emails. Nancy went above and beyond while helping me plan for our wedding in the backyard, ensuring the property management team would be available once we arrived if need be. Our party was absolutely comfortable with 3 small tables in the grass, our guitar player under the grilling cabana and the catered buffet set up under the covered area next to the pool. Our guests were relaxed enjoying the loungers and the convenience of being able to escape the heat indoors if need be. At the end of the day, those of us staying in the house got to jump in the pool and relax in the hot tub reminiscing about the day. Absolutely perfect!

Two Families on Vacation
"We had a fantastic time in Anna Maria. The house was wonderful with more than enough room for two families with teenagers. We loved renting bikes and keeping them at the house to ride around to wherever we wanted - no need to use a car. We will definitely be returning next year!"

Great Girls Getaway
"We had a great time at the house celebrating a milestone birthday. We had a group of women and there was plenty of room in the house to cook, celebrate, relax and sleep. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. We sat out around the pool just about every day. Loved that we could put our ipods in and play music around the pool. The house is in a great location on the island. You can walk to a variety of restaurants, places to shop and beaches. There is also a wonderful free trolley that runs up and down the island if you want to venture out to other parts of the island. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back."

AMI Sirenia Beach House 2013
"From the moment we unlocked the door, the Sirenia Beach House felt like home. The home is welcoming, open and spacious, yet offers privacy if desired. The landscaping and backyard offered something for everyone and is absolutely gorgeous. Our granddaughter has claimed the house as her own, and since returning to the snow and cold of the North, she continually asks to go to her "MY" house. Restaurants and shops were easy to get to, and many were within walking distance. The homeowners could not have been any better to work with and I would not hesitate to rent this home again or recommend it to others. Was a perfect place to reconnect with family and watch my children grow. Thanks for sharing your home!!"

Sisters vacation
"The house is absolutely beautiful.
The area shopping is fantastic, the shops are beautiful.
The beach was wonderful with its white sand, we helped save a beached Ray. It was amazing to see the total concern for this great animal.
Sitting around the pool amongst the wide array of beautiful foliage was great.
We took a boat tour with Capt Kathy and Puppup the first mate, the Dolphins swam alongside the boat
It was amazing and exciting to see these wonderful animals in their natural environment.
We absolutely loved every second of our vacation and can hardly wait to come back.
This is a very warm and happy house. We called it home so many times."

Phenomenal!
"We stayed in different properties on Anna Maria before and can honestly say that this was the best vacation rental we ever had.
Thank you, Terry and Nancy, for sharing your dream house with us.
We enjoyed relaxing afternoons in the pool area, playing cards on the lanai all night long and cooking family dinners in the great equipped kitchen.
We loved the very detailed beach style decoration that created a very warm and cozy atmosphere.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Great family vacation
"Our family had an excellent vacation. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and boating. The house was well appointed and the backyard was surprisingly private. This place had a resort feel we will visit again."

Very nice home!!
"The house was spotlessly clean. Immaculate. The screened porch was awesome as was the master suite. The pool and back yard area as well. As nice as any place we've stayed and we have been to alot of beach houses. The Gulf beach is a pretty long walk. Not one I would want to make in the summer. The bay beach is much closer and also very nice. Plan on dropping your crew off at the Gulf beach and returning back to the house. Not much parking near the beach. Then you can return by walk (empty handed) or by very easy bike ride. The island itself was really nice. It was our first visit. Lots of nice restaurants. We went over Memorial Day weekend which was crazy crowded with traffic. But Tuesday through the following weekend the island was practically deserted. The dock was a great benefit as we are a fishing family. The boat lift worked great although I recommend trying to dock if you want to leave during the lowest tide. Could get stuck on lift then. Short 15-minute boat ride into Gulf. 90% of that through "no wake" canal system. Nice bait and tackle on the island or go to Annie's at foot of Cortez bridge if by water. Really a great choice for a vacation home if you don't have to be beachfront."

There aren't many homes available for rent that give deep water access to the Gulf. Many homes are situated on shallow canals that have low bridges, not at Sirenia Beach House though! Boating is one of our favorite things to do on the island. The abundance of fishing, dolphin and manatee watching and shelling and sunbathing on islands is just pure luxury in our minds. "From the moment of booking this vacation, both Nancy and Terri have been amazing. The island is truly beautiful and this home definitely is a MUST rent. The entire house is as pictured. All the amenities you can imagine. We celebrated the 50th anniversary with family and friends and everyone loved the house. WE cannot thank you enough for your graciousness. Very Nice Vacation Home
"The owners were great to work with. The home was immaculate, luxurious, and looked to have been very recently remodeled. Beautiful porch, backyard, and pool area. Pretty long walk to Gulf beach ( 10 minutes), very short walk to bay beach ( 5 mniutes). Nice dock with boat lift. Ideal for a fishing family. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms all very impressive and very clean! We would not care to stay anywhere else on AMI."

Memories To Last A Lifetime
"Welcome to paradise. The generous owners have spared nothing to make this home a showpiece that allows a family to feel somewhat spoiled. The designer kitchen is out of a magazine and everything in it was brand new..There was plenty of room for several chefs to join in the fun of preparing meals. Each room reflected taste and an Island type atmosphere and appeal. The photos do not do justice to the ambiance of every bedroom. From the incredible bedding to the enormous amount of towels, you felt like you were in a five star resort. The children lived in the pool in the back and the surrounding chaises and furniture were perfect for family spectators. The hot tub was a source of fun and we made use of all the beach toys and chairs when strolling to the beach. We were in easy walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and the family enjoyed our Waterfront restaurant experience, along with the Pier and of course Sandbar. If you have children or a husband like mine, then you must take the five minute walk to Two Scoops for ice cream. It is rare that you find a place where you can take your children and grand children and be made to feel so welcome and it is because the owners have thought of everything to make the stay perfection! We went to celebrate and we found the perfect home to do that in. The Welcome basket set the tone and the spaciousness of the house allowed us to each have a sense of privacy when needed. Unlike some rentals these Owners CARE and simply have created a first class vacation haven. We had to convince our two eldest grandchildren ages five and four that they could not take their room equipped with matching bean bag chairs home with them. After a day at the beach and then the pool that room was a quiet sanctuary for them to rest and enjoy a show. The breezy screened in room off the living area was perfect for morning coffees and afternoon cocktails and we hated to leave that space. In renting places you can take a risk that it will not be what you expected. With this home, we won the jackpot! Thank you for an amazing time

Sirenia Beach House
"My family and I were really impressed with the home and the owners at our recent stay. The house was clean when we arrived; in fact, the cleaning staff were just leaving when we arrived. Although the pool equipment was new, there was a malfunction and the heat wasn't working - it was fixed that very day so we could enjoy the lovely pool and spa. Everybody had their own space, although we were together most of the time enjoying the pool, kitchen and main living area with large screen TV. We really loved how quiet it was compared to more crowded tourist spots. Both the beaches, the Gulf side and bay side, were an easy walk. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation. It was perfect for us and we had all ages and family sizes...the grandparents, my brother and his wife, my sister, and myself and my two children, ages 7 and 13. We would love to visit again and stay at this beautiful home again."

The Perfect Place to enjoy AMI....
"Perfection! Absolute Perfection! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have an amazing time. I have to admit, though, that it came as no surprise, as my interaction with the owners beforehand could not have been more positive or thorough.
The home was spotlessly clean, the beds incredibly comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped with top quality tools and accessories, and the pool and deck area a delight to enjoy. We enjoyed many magical moments just sitting on the screened in porch and enjoying the beautiful view down the canal.
My husband and I are still talking about our times in the hot tub at night, looking at the stars and commenting on how quiet everything was. The stress just melted away. If anything came up during the month that needed attention or a response, the owners could not have been nicer or more caring about being sure our stay was going well.
When we choose a VRBO property to stay in, we want it to feel like our home away from home and truly this one more than fit the bill. We also always pick places that do not allow pets, as our son is highly allergic. Please don't change that policy!
Anna Maria Island is a magical place that truly was multiplied by our stay at this wonderful home."

A taste of paradise
"Our family very much enjoyed this rental from the initial booking to arrival, stay, and departure. Nancy was very easy to get ahold of, work with, and was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. The pictures on this site are exactly what you get--beautiful! The only surprise we had was that the pool was smaller than we had imagined. This turned out to be a good thing because it heated up quickly (therefore saving us money!). We all enjoyed the hot tub and the tv's (yes, we used all 6 of them!). The two sets of bunkbeds was a gift--both of our girls (ages 7 & 5) were able to sleep on top or bottom! The other bedrooms were perfect for us as well. The baby was able to sleep in his own room--great fo naps, my sister had her own master suite, and of course my husband and I loved the HUGE room and en suite upstairs. The house is amazingly stocked with absolutely everything you need--toys/crib for baby, playstation/movies/puzzles for older kids, and the kitchen is a pampered chef lover's dream!!! The appliances are all top of the line. The way the house is decorated is just lovely. The colors are inviting and relaxing, the decor is simple but beautiful. Having a little one, I was thankful there were not many breakable trinkets lying around. The furniture is fantastic how it all matches and is so comfortable. The location of the house was wonderful--on a very private quiet street. We took lots of walks to the beaches, the city pier (that had a playground nearby), and to Pine street which has lots of fun shopping. We ate all our meals at home because of the ages of our children but we have heard the resturaunts are really nice on the island. I would very highly recommend this rental to anyone. Wonderful rental!!
"My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays. Spent 2 wonderful weeks on Anna Maria and at this wonderful home. The home is very well appointed and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Terri and Nancy were easily accessible and a joy to work with. Rooms were beautifully decorated, kitchen had just been remodeled, furniture is big and comfortable. Fishing off the dock, sitting in the screened in porch and hitting the hottub at night were all favorites of my kids (ages 19, 15 and 10) We especially enjoyed the beach accessories all provided - huge beach towels, beach wagon, umbrella, chairs. My elderly parents joined us and easily made the short walk to the beach each day. The beach is gorgeous! Miles of white sand, incredible shelling, easily accessible. Loved all you eat pancakes on the beach! I hate to speak so highly of the island and the home knowing it lessens my chances of returning! Will definitely be back and would definitely return to this beautiful home!"

Especially being on the waterfront with a heated salt water pool and hot tub available when it gets too chilly at nightfall. Easy, laid back living at it's absolute best. We agree that the beach is one of the "Best Beaches in North America" and we have travelled extensively! There's no surprise that the weather was wonderful, Anna Maria is one of the top 10 sunniest areas in the USA.
We've tried to decorate & outfit the house with luxury items that are sure to please everyone. We want guests to be welcomed into the home as if it was their own and not to feel that we have skimped on anything. We are so happy you felt completely at home with your entire family. Cosmopolitan Style in Annamaria Island
"My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon in Annamaria Island. We selected this property as we fell in love with decor of the house. When we arrived, the home exceeded our expectations. Each of the rooms was stylishly decorated with a cosmopolitan style. We loved the kitchen as it was large, easy to use and equipped with fine appliances. We relaxed by the pool in the evening and enjoyed the BBQ grill each night.
The beach was a delightful short walk away. We were very pleased to have the wagon with beach chairs and cooler.
We have spoken to a few friends about the house and we are looking to plan another vacation to this house as it was one of the finest vacation homes we have ever rented."

Wedding Getaway
"We were very excited upon driving down the street to see that this place was ours for the week! Upon entering, we knew we'd made the right choice. It is very spacious, CLEAN, and decorated perfectly (a good Florida "feel"). We had three couples staying here and so it worked out perfectly, we each had our on bathroom and large bedroom. The men lived out on the dock and caught tons of different fish, even crabs-- , we had a fish fry a couple of times. We were also able to rent a boat close by and dock it by the house--lovely. The pool and hot tub were great additions, especially with it being heated in November. There were minor issues with the pool, but the owners were GREAT about getting things fixed. We hung out there and utilized the TV too. The location of this place is perfect! We had water access and everything we needed was walking distance or a very short drive away. The beaches around this area are beautiful, breath taking sunsets. The time of year we went was great because tourists were minimal, we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We were here for a wedding and that took place at the Sandbar Restaurant, literally blocks away--GREAT food. We made many fun memories at this house and we all text each other often--that we wish we were back at there! We hope to come back soon and next time maybe bring all the kiddos! Great place, highly recommended."

Paradise at Serenia Beach House
"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sirenia Beach House on Anna Maria Island, Florida. The house was beautiful. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean. The surprise of a welcoming basket which included a bottle of wine was such a nice touch. The owners were very accessible and immediately dealt with any issues that arose. We are hoping to go back to this house in the near future for another holiday. There were many restaurants and activities close by. We had both lunch and dinner at the Sandbar restaurant which was awesome. It is located right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Breakfast at Rudy's was like eating at their own kitchen table. Very friendly. Breakfast at Ginny and Jane's was fun as well. The beach is a quick five-minute walk made easier with the wagon provided by the owners for toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., also provided by the owners. Another close place to visit is the pier. It was fun watching both locals and tourists fish from the pier while we had a great dinner. Bike and golf cart rentals are close by. We had a great day going for a bike ride around the area. We also enjoyed watching TV outside by the pool on the warm Florida evenings. It was very easy to drive around the area including trips to Sarasota and Bradenton. We can hardly wait for our next visit to this house on Anna Maria Island."

AMAZING STAY
"5 of us recently stayed at this wonderful beach house. The range of ages were 12-59 and there was definitely something for everyone!!! The property was very clean and well-maintained and everything that you could possibly need was there (plus the pictures are an exact replica of what the property actually looks like. No awkward surprises here.) The beach gear that was provided was amazing and the owners anticipated needs that we didn't even know we would have. You really don't need to bring anything extra with you. We spent many nights sitting on the covered porch enjoying the warm air and the sunsets. The beaches in the area are also incredible. On 2 separate occasions and at 2 different beaches we saw multiple groups of wild dolphins. We were 5 feet from a group of them on jet skiing excursion that we all took. The water was so warm and clean and you could walk the beach for miles. This part of the island was very charming and relaxed. You could go in to the stores in your bathing suits and everyone that you encountered were super friendly. We spent some time in the pool on the property watching T.V and swimming while also cooking on the BBQ. The beds in all the rooms were super comfy and it was great to have 3 full bathrooms as we were all able to shower and get ready at the same time. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Was in a great location and easy to navigate around Florida. We went to the outlet mall in Ellenton and also went to the International Plaza in Tampa Bay and that mall had everything!
We all really enjoyed our stay at The Sirenia Beach House. Just what we needed and we hope to go back next year!"
