Beautiful location
"Such a beautiful location on the canal. We've stayed at many places on AMI and this was one of the best. We didn't have a need for anything! The place was spotless. Even the dishes didn't need washed when we got there. (If you frequent with air bnb you know what I mean). It was large enough to comfortably fit 4 people and quite enough for just my husband and I to relax. This was exactly what we needed.

We had the best time!
"I can't say enough about Manatee Harbour! We had the best time! The house was immaculate when we arrived! So many thoughtful touches (high chair, pack n play, sound machine, flash lights, pool floats, etc). Nicole responded quickly to every message! Our entire family was sad to leave this place! We saw manatees in the canal three days of our stay! Such a fun experience!"

An amazing place to stay for our family.
"This was an amazing place to stay for our family. The pool was awesome, and the outdoor lounge and eating area was an unexpected bonus. The proximity to the beaches and restaurants was another huge plus. The house felt safe and secure for our two children under five. Everything was very clean and organized. We will be back!"

Warm, homey and whimsical
"Nicole's place was warm, homey and whimsical. It was well stocked with everything we needed from towels and bath products to coffee pods to beach chairs and wagon. She provided lots of information before our stay. Bean Point beach is a close walk and very beautiful. We loved biking and walking to so many great restaurants and shops nearby. At first we didn't see any manatees but they came to visit a couple times and were so fun to watch. Highly recommend this lovely home especially for a family of four. Lots of space to hang together and play games or spread out if necessary!"

Perfect vacation spot
"Manatee Harbor is a perfect vacation spot! Within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The house is well stocked and feels like a home away from home. Very nice pool and workout room and the extra bonus is the canal out back where we could sit watch the manatees. Nicole was always quick to respond and all instructions were clearly communicated.
We will definitely be back!"

"Nicole was absolutely wonderful and very responsive whenever I messaged her. The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with just about everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the pool was warm and stocked with toys, goggles and inflatables. The beach is a 5 min walk away as well as a great seafood restaurant located on a pier. This was our second trip to AMI, but our first staying at this location and we will definitely be back again! Highly recommend!"

"What a wonderful AMI retreat. The beds were super comfortable, the pool was large and recently updated, and the house was pristine. Nicole has thought of everything to allow guests to have a relaxing experience - plenty of cleaning products on hand, beach towels, beach chairs, flashlights - the works. Amazing experience,
"Amazing experience, manatees, birds, pristine beaches, sunsets, beautiful walks.
This was a fantastic relaxing holiday in superb accommodation. It is as in the pictures. Great space to relax, watch TV, great beds, and a fantastic secluded pool.
Great host, always attentive, and instructions were spot on.

Thoughtful touches
"This is an amazing place to stay for any family. Close, including walking distance, to beaches, restaurants, and more. There are so many thoughtful touches here to make staying with a family a breeze. The gym off the pool is great, as is the pool itself and all of the pool toys, infant floaties, etc. The space is huge & beautiful. There is plenty of stuff to take to the beach including a tent/umbrella device, beach carts, beach toys & chairs, and so much more. Plenty of towels for the beach and the pool. All the stuff you need in the kitchen to cook if you want. So many good recommendations in the welcome binder as well as the guest book. The WiFi is fast and able to handle higher bandwidth needs like Zoom meetings. We LOVED staying here!"

Clean and spectacular
"Nicole was a great host and very friendly. Her house was very clean and spectacular. My family and I really enjoyed while we stay in her lovely place. Specially, the swimming pool was awesome and the kids enjoyed almost everyday. We are planning to visit AMI (Ana Maria Island) in the future and definitely we will stay Nicole's place again. LOVED our stay!
"We LOVED our stay. Nicole is friendly and easy to work with. She provided clear communications regarding check-in and check-out procedures. The house was pristine, comfortable and very well thought out! All of the amenities were easy to find and use, including the beach gear and pool toys. We had easy access to both the beach and bay and were able to enjoy the best of Pine Avenue on foot as well. The large screened in pool was a hit with the whole family! We were able to watch 7 or 8 manatees play in the canal while sitting on the dock. We had a fantastic time and look forward to planning another stay here! Thank you, Nicole!"

Clean, well stocked, and cozy
"Manatee Harbor was such an amazing place to stay. The house was clean, stocked with lots of helpful items and very cozy. Check-in and check-out were easy. We loved swimming in the pool , kayaking the channel, seeing manatees and exploring the island. We used bikes and a golf cart to easily get around and loved being blocks from Bean Point Beach. The house was very charming and in a great location. We look forward to returning."

Fabulous Home!! Felt like home
"Fabulous Home!! We loved everything about Nicole's house from the moment we walked in! She's a wonderful host, responsive and thought of everything to make our stay feel like home. The house was spotless, she has labeled everything, stocked it with much appreciated items like beach chairs, umbrellas, plenty of towels, pool items, cooler, even spices for cooking, etc.etc.! The location of her house is great, so close to everything! We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. The canal is a bonus as we saw manatees sunning many days, and enjoyed kayaking and fishing. The nice big pool was enjoyed daily too! We will be back!! Thank you Nicole!!"

Everything is well organized and labeled .
Nicole thought of everything that you could need or want. Plenty of pool, beach, and bath towels. Pool floaties and pool toys. Everything you need to spend the day at the beach: cooler, 2 beach wagons, 2 beach umbrellas, several beach chairs, and a beach mat.
The beds are very comfortable with soft linens. The kitchen is fully stocked to stay in and cook or bbq on the charcoal grill.
The dock is a great place to watch for manatees or fish. We rented a kayak and were able to launch right behind the house.
The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The beach is a quick walk down the street.
I highly recommend staying here!!"

Beautiful and peaceful
"The perfect vacation home! Great area for walking, biking, running. Close to multiple beaches, stores and restaurants nearby. Such a beautiful and peaceful canal out back, we were lucky enough to see a few manatee out one day, so incredibly special. The pool and rec area are a great family hang out. The house was clean and cozy, every detail accounted for, basic necessities and things you didn't even think you'd need, our boys especially loved the magic 8 ball and the voice recorder. Everything is clearly labeled to make things easy to find. Nicole was super responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!"

I'm home away from home
"The location is perfect ..easy walking to park. Beach between the piers . Bean point .. and pine street.. so many little entrances to the beach that it's like you went to a different one each time .... Manatee came behind the house in the evenings when we where there about every night. Grab a kayak use the dock and see and enjoy some great nature.. the fish at night jump like crazy.. the chairs by the dock is so peaceful.. the side yard is really big for the area. And is great if you have kids . No running in the street. And they have games is the lower entertainment area. I loved that area . Specially in evening... The house has EVERYTHING.. the owner labeled things in great detail.. had every kitchen appliance big and small , any cookware .and utensils .. even bbq utensils .. I could write a book about how great staying at manatee harbor is... Stay here and you can say I'm home away from home...."

Short walk to the amazing beaches
"We loved our stay! The beach is a short walk away and is amazing. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler and a wagon available to take it all to the beach.
The house is very well maintained, clean and organized. Everything you may need is there and the little extras everywhere were nice touches. We enjoyed and pool and area downstairs a lot. The dock area is nice and we enjoyed seeing manatees in the canal. The neighborhood is quiet and the area has a laid back feel. Restaurants and shops are close by, as well as many more a short ride away. We would definitely come back!"

perfectly placed
"Our family absolutely loves staying at Nicole's place. Poinsettia is perfectly placed on the island, right on the canal, with short walks to the beach's on the bay side, gulf side, and the point of Anna Maria. The house is always perfectly clean, arranged nicely, and in great shape. The pool is fantastic and a family favorite. The highlight of our trip this year was paddle boarding with a family of manatees. They were playful and curious and it was just an amazing experience for our family.
5 stars, will be back again next year!"

Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood
"Our family (of 4) stayed at this great home over Easter break. This is a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very easy to find and is on a large corner lot, with a great outside area. The pool was great and gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, patio area is covered with comfy furniture when you need the shade. The beach is a short walk with plenty of beach access points nearby. It's a gorgeous beach with beautiful white sand and plenty of space. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Home was very clean and well supplied. The home is located on a canal and we were able to see the manatee swimming right from the dock. Overall great home and wonderful location. Anna Maria Island also has plenty of great restaurants and shops! We also loved the quirky fun decor."

Amazing stay and would do it again!!
"Amazing property! Super clean and comfortable beds! Nicole has it all ready for you! Get your sandals ready the beach is calling you! Nicole is a super host for a reason and she did not disappoint.
Location is so close to everything if you want to walk, bike or use a golf cart you can rent it all! Being on the channel is magical when you see the manatees right off the dock. The puppies of the sea welcome you personally!

A special rental
"Exceptional location, awesome house, excellent hosts!
We recently wrapped up a month-long stay at Manatee Harbor and could not have been more pleased. First, location on the north end of AMI is spectacular, a short walk to the most gorgeous stretch of beach on the island, extremely close to Pine St shops, City Park (Tues Farmers Market and outdoor movie night), and City Pier. The house is very spacious and the pool/lanai gorgeous and private. We set up an outdoor "office" in the open air room off the pool, Wi-Fi was excellent. Two spacious BR's each w their own bath, all the kitchen utensils you need, and generous touches like Keurig pods, a full spice rack, beach chairs, wagons, coolers all made the stay stress-free. Nicole was present and responsive to any needs but otherwise left us to enjoy our time. This is a special rental on a unique escape of an island."

"This is a fantastic beach vacation home. It is sooooo clean with a spacious layout. The beds are so comfortable. Pool in the backyard, beach down the street. Everything you need for the beach is on site and available for your use. We had bikes delivered and used a golf cart for all our outings. The owner is easy to contact and communicate with before and during your stay. We hope to visit again!

Above and beyond
"My fianc and I had an amazing time at this well thought out home. Immediately upon walking in we were surprised to see Nicole goes above and beyond for her guests, providing more than we are used to in an Airbnb! We greatly appreciated her attention to detail in every area of the home. We were close to everything we could want and more. We rented a golf cart from the Lazy Turtle and drove 1 min (easily walkable) to sunrise every morning, got a coffee at Ginny and Janes, and then came home to eat and quietly watch the FOUR manatees in the backyard. (What a treat!) We also loved the indoor/outdoor space and cooked outside a few times on the charcoal grill. This was not our first stay on the island and we both agree it's the best spot on the island to stay!! Oh I almost forgot! You can rent kayaks and explore the canal in the back where there is light wind and great sun so to extend your tanning hours and explore at the same time! Thank you for having us! We will be back!"

could not have picked a better spot or home!
"This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we could not have picked a better spot or home! First, let me say that I am extremely picky and I have given Nicole's home 5 stars across the board. We travel often and typically rent homes and most of the time I feel the need to clean upon arrival (I know a bit over the top) however this was NOT the case with Nicole's home. It was immaculately clean. She had thought of so many extra touches that were so wonderful....sunscreen, coffee, water, nice beach gear with chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, toys), plentiful pool/beach/bath towels, speakers, a cooler and ice packs, toiletries, the list is truly endless! Also, the wifi was excellent!
The location is a few blocks to the beach and 1.5 blocks to the bay (both are beautiful!). The pool is larger than typical in the area with a great under the house porch. It rained a bit and that area was wonderful to hang out in while still enjoying the outdoors. It is also located on the canal with a little dock.
We did cook some meals, and the kitchen was the best appointed I have ever had in a vacation rental. The grill is nice and clean (charcoal). The fridge had a water and ice dispenser and we used it often to refill our yeti cups we brought.
We would definitely return and stay at Nicole's home again! Rent bikes as it is a fun place to cruise around! This is a place to relax and enjoy life!

Amazing hostess
"Our stay at Manatee Harbour exceeded our expectations. This was our very first time using Airbnb (we always stay in timeshares). Nicole was an amazing hostess. She was extremely helpful and responsive. Her home was so clean and we loved the decor.
My husband and I booked this trip as a little getaway for us to have with our two teenage daughters. We know they will be moving out soon and we are trying to create as many wonderful memories as we can while we still have them with us. I was very anxious about staying in a place I was not familiar with and Nicole was so informative and answered all of my questions about beaches and dining in the area.
We were within walking distance from Bean Point Beach and we loved it there. The beach was quiet and perfect for families. We saw dolphins and even had two manatee swim up next to us!!!!
This home is located in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood. The pool area was perfect and the landscaping behind the pool made you feel like you were in another world. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
Nicole has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We would go back in a heartbeat and I will be recommending this home to all of my friends.

"We have a wonderful stay at Nicole's place in AMI. The house is in the north end of the island which is quiet, but is also within walking distance or short drive to restaurants. Bean Point Beach is scenic with soft white sand, and is only 3 blocks away. The house is well equipped, and we really enjoyed the pool, and we can launch kayaks into the waterway in the back of the house. The amenities are great, and Nicole even provide beach chairs, surf boards, pool toys and beach wagon. Would love to stay in Nicole's place again when we return to AMI!"

Perfect morning walk
"Nicole's home was perfect. It was clean and perfectly put together. She thought about a lot of little details that were very handy - things you don't think about like a water proof case, flash lights, beach buggy, etc. The pool was nice and refreshing.
The house is a couple of blocks away from the water. Perfect morning walk for a coffee and a short walk to the pier. Sunrises are perfect to see. Sunsets are a short walk to the point past the pier. The beaches on this side are calmer and quieter.
Hard to beat this deal!!"

"Just fantastic - centrally located on AMI, easy access to the bay, gulf, and north end. We enjoyed the pool every day, paddle boarding and kayaking on the canal, grilling, fishing, morning runs and all the other great things AMI has to offer. Nicole was so easy to work with - great communication and always willing to help if we had questions. The house is perfect - clean, comfortable and well equipped for a great vacation. I cant think of a thing I would add - if you stay with Nicole you won't be disappointed!!"

"Nicole's home on AMI is an extra special place! She is an incredible host who thought of everything that guests could need or want for the most comfortable stay! She provided shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, coffee, bath and beach towels, pool floats, beach chairs, and a great wagon!
The house is beautifully decorated and the beds were all VERY comfortable. The place was also very clean.
The pool is beautiful with all the seating you need, we chose to have it heated and it was set to the perfect temperature. The garage is converted into a bonus room next to the pool with lots of games that the kids loved!
The dock right next to the pool is a really special feature- you can kayak or paddle board all the way to the ocean from there or sit out on the dock and watch the manatees.
The location is PERFECT. The walk to the beautiful and expansive white sand beach is very short (5 minutes) and the area is both quiet and convenient to everything.

comfortable, super clean and spacious
"The house was comfortable, super clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Neighborhood was classy, private and peaceful, and house close to Bean Beach (much better than other beaches on the island). Heated pool was handy when weather was not cooperating. Nicole and Greg were great hosts. Couldn't have been more pleased with our house."

Spacious!
"Nicole was a great host who answered questions quickly and responded if we needed anything. The pool was a great size for our family and the rooms were very spacious. This house was about a ten minute walk to Bean Point (probably faster without a toddler in tow) and even closer to Bayfront Park. Outdoor, charcoal grill was nice for eating at home. Would definitely rent here again!!"
